Liability Disclaimer (Arteventus)

Arteventus strives to deliver top-quality services for photo booth, magic mirror, and event-related rentals. However, by renting any equipment or services from Arteventus, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Equipment Use and Responsibility:
   The client is fully responsible for ensuring that all rented equipment is used in a safe and appropriate manner. Any damage, loss, or malfunction occurring during the rental period due to improper use will be charged to the client. Arteventus will provide instructions on setup and proper use, but the client assumes liability for any incidents caused by improper handling of equipment.

2. Venue and Access:
   Arteventus is not responsible for any issues or delays caused by venue-specific limitations, such as inadequate space, stairs, narrow doors, or other logistical challenges that may affect the setup or operation of rented equipment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Arteventus in advance about any potential issues regarding access, space, or electrical connections. If the venue cannot accommodate the equipment, Arteventus will not be held liable for any cancellations or changes to the rental agreement.

3. Event Supervision:
   While Arteventus offers a technician or attendant for equipment setup, the company is not responsible for supervising or overseeing the use of the equipment during the event. The client should ensure that guests are using the equipment appropriately and safely. Arteventus will not be liable for any accidents or damages caused by improper use or interference from event guests.

4. Force Majeure:
   Arteventus will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions to services caused by events beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, power outages, accidents, strikes, or technical malfunctions that cannot be remedied in time. In such cases, Arteventus will inform the client as soon as possible and attempt to reschedule or offer an alternative solution.

5. Data and Photos:
   Arteventus respects client privacy and handles all photos and data with care. However, the company is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during the event, such as poor photo quality, connectivity issues with social media sharing, or data corruption. Arteventus is not liable for any loss of digital images or failure to meet the client’s expectations regarding the digital delivery of photos. Clients are encouraged to review the photos at the event for quality and satisfaction.

6. Third-Party Services:
   If any third-party services (e.g., catering, venue providers, additional entertainers) are involved in the event, Arteventus cannot be held responsible for the performance or failure of these third parties. The client must address any issues related to third-party services directly with the providers.

7. Health and Safety:
   Arteventus will follow all safety protocols during setup, operation, and breakdown of the equipment. However, the client is responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests in relation to the use of the equipment. Arteventus will provide any necessary safety instructions but will not be held liable for accidents or injuries caused by the use of the rented equipment.

8. Cancellation Policy:
   In the event of a cancellation, Arteventus requires notice within a specified time period to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may result in a 100% charge of the rental fee. Please consult the rental agreement for specific details regarding cancellation and refund policies.
